Developed by Bert Hellinger, this work helps us see how we are connected to our family systems across generations — and how those patterns can influence our relationships, health, success and sense of belonging.
Through constellation work, these dynamics come into awareness. What no longer serves can be released, unconscious loyalties can soften, and more freedom, love and possibility can move through your life.

We also have a group for people who would like to participate as representatives in other people’s constellations. It can be a very rewarding experience to represent in a constellation, and people are often surprised at how much change they get from representing in other people’s constellations. In fact, it happens so often that people end up getting roles that are similar to their own family dynamics that we half expect it to happen. The field works in mysterious and remarkable ways.
Even just witnessing someone else’s constellation can be hugely impactful and enlightening. If you haven’t ever witnessed a constellation, they are amazing things.
There’s no charge to represent in constellations, or to witness them, and there are usually big shifts that come from it.
